Blast from the Past

History is not my strongest forte or favorite subject but someone has opened my eyes to the great adventures of our nation’s history. In New York City between 42nd and 41st Street on 12th avenue sits one of the greatest historical landmarks that survived through World War II and the Vietnam War. The intrepid is one of the most successful ships in US history and is a museum that features a range of interactive exhibits and events. The Intrepid is a snapshot of the past comprised of the heroism and education of the Wars in history.

The intrepid truly made a profound impact on me, honoring the heroes that sacrificed their lives for our country. I would highly recommend visiting this museum. Just for your information, there is a student ticket rate. It does benefit to be a poor student sometimes. YEAH!!
